  1. Choose Modify Entry from the Document window to open the Data Entry dialog box in order to modify the selected entry.

  3. From the Data Entry dialog box, choose Modify Entry to confirm changes that you have made to an entry.

  5. From the Edit Smart Lists dialog box, choose Modify List Term to confirm a change made to a term on the selected smart list.
